Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the unused garden supplies back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned greenery or equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
