We offer a 30-day return window for all unused tools and garden decor in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and health reasons, opened bags of soil or fertilizer cannot be returned.
What happens if my plants or fragile items arrive damaged?
We take great care in our packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
